Opening of the AMF ROSA service for French fund management companies’ products

As of 28 March 2024, as part of its digitisation project, ROSA becomes the new Products repository of the French Markets Authority (AMF) replacing the GECO interface.
Products files will no longer be processed in the GECO interface as of 21 March 2024. Between 21 and 28 March, it will no longer be possible to submit new files.
This shift has no impact on the terms and conditions of the Net Asset Value flows or on the Documents part (prospectus).
GECO remains accessible to management companies from 26 March in read-only mode, as well as for AIFM reporting submission for the first quarter of 2024.
ROSA’s Products business is open to asset management companies as well as foreign asset management companies that manage French funds.
