FR - New reporting to AMF on compensation and ratio overruns
On 23 June 2021, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) announced new quarterly reporting requirements.
The new quarterly reporting requirements refer to:
compensation paid by management companies to shareholders or unit-holders of the French or foreign undertakings for collective investment they manage, in addition to the current obligation to promptly notify the AMF should an incident occur that may cause a loss of more than 5% of the fund’s equity
cases of non-compliance with the investment rules and asset composition of the UCITS and AIFs they manage.
Quarterly reports on compensation and ratio overruns must be submitted by the UCITS and/or AIF management companies concerned no later than 31 October 2021 for the quarter running from 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021.
