Ensures highly automated and real-time settlements thanks to direct access to the Central Securities Depository (CSD), whenever possible via Target2 Securities, as well as reconciliation of cash and securities.

  • Tax services including regulatory watch, exemption and reclaim, proactive documentation renewal

  • Mandatory and voluntary processing of corporate actions

  • Information and voting at Shareholders’ General Meetings (GM), with established connections to 18 proxy-advisors. SGSS facilitates shareholder voting during GMs in accordance with the ESG commitments defined thanks to the voting instruction routing offer.
