FR - The financial part of the law on green industry begins to enter into force

On March 14, 2024, the Green Industry Investment Tax Credit, known as C3IV, came into effect. It was adopted in the financial part of the law °2023-973 of 23 October 2023 on green industry.
This financial component aims to improve the financing of the green transition, in particular through:
the obligation to offer a minimum of unlisted assets in life insurance contracts and pension plans (French PER),
the development of French ELTIF (European Long Term Investment Funds) to redirect savings to companies and projects that contribute to the decarbonisation of the French economy,
the obligation to reference State labels in life insurance contracts,
the creation of a Climate Future Savings Plan (PEAC) for young people.
