BREXIT: Formalisation of the Agreement
On 31 January 2020, the European authorities released a host of documents on the BREXIT Agreement, including:
The Political Declaration setting out the framework for the future relationship between the European Union and the United Kingdom;
Decision (EU) 2020/135 on conclusion of the Agreement on withdrawal of the UK from the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community;
Agreement on withdrawal of the UK from the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community;
Declaration by the EU in line with Article 185(3) of the Agreement on withdrawal of the UK from the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community;
Opinion on the coming into force of the Agreement on withdrawal of the UK from the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community on 01/02/2020.;
