Thibaud de Luze is appointed SGSS Country Head in Luxembourg in October 2026.
He is a financial services executive with over 25 years of experience in banking operations, post-trade services, and business transformation. Since 2019, he served as Global Head of Cash, Clearing & Settlement at SGSS following its mandate as PAREL SA CEO from 2015 to 2019. From 2007 to 2015, he held senior roles within Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, including Organization & Projects, Operations Security Management and Operations COO & CAO. He also spent three years within the CEO cabinet of the Societe Generale Group. Prior to 2007, Thibaut gained 10 years of consulting experience at KPMG Consulting France, Equinox Consulting and DML & Associés.
Thibaud is a graduate of Paris‑Panthéon‑Assas University, and of EMLyon Business School, where he earned a business degree.
