Le Règlement (UE) No. 2024/2987 EMIR 3 a été publié au Journal Officiel de l’Union Européenne le 4 décembre 2024 et s’applique dans tous les États-membres depuis le 24 décembre 2024.
However, some provisions will only apply after the entry into force of the regulatory technical standards referred to in Article 10(4) of EMIR 3.
EMIR 3 impacts in particular the MMF Regulation (immediate application) and the UCITS Directive (after national transposition)
