France: Decree on rules applicable to AIFs

Publication on August 4, 2025, in the Official Journal of a decree modernizing the AIF regime, particularly regarding the publication of the reconstitution and realization values of SCPIs and the composition of FCPE assets.
It includes several measures implementing Order No. 2024-662 of July 3, 2024. This decree came into force on August 5, 2025, except for the amendments set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 12, which come into force on January 1, 2026.
