DE: Publication on a draft of the Second Future Financing Act

The aim of this draft law is - building on the Future Financing Act - to further strengthen the competitiveness and attractiveness of Germany as a financial centre and to improve the financing options for young, dynamic companies. This includes the tax framework, which is an important factor in investment decisions. The conditions for companies to access the capital market are to be further improved, making financing even easier for them. This is intended to make a significant contribution to improving the dynamism of the economy and mobilising private growth and innovation capital.
