FR: Guidance on fund names containing terms related to ESG or sustainability

Following the additions published by ESMA on 13 December 2024 on the Guidance on fund names containing terms related to ESG criteria or sustainability, the AMF decided on 16 December 2024 to comply with these guidelines.
Accordingly, on 30 December 2024, the MFA updated its position-recommendation DOC-2020-03. The existing criteria on the name of the funds have been replaced by those of the ESMA guidelines and extended to all the collective investments concerned, particularly in funds reserved for professional clients. These changes are effective immediately.
