EMIR 3 entered into force on 24 December 2024

Regulation (EU) No. 2024/2987 EMIR 3 was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 4 December 2024 and applies to all Member States since 24 December 2024.
However, some provisions will only apply after the entry into force of the regulatory technical standards referred to in Article 10(4) of EMIR 3.
