Strategy and Market Infrastructure - SGSS
Sylvie Bonduelle has been a Senior Advisor for the Strategy and Market Infrastructure Department at SGSS since in March 2011.
Sylvie began her career working for an IT company for several years operating in the securities services industry, before joining a French Investment bank. In 1993, Sylvie joined the Societe Generale group as Project Team Manager to implement a multiple clearing offer via its subsidiary, PAREL. In 2001, she was appointed Head of the back-office team for cash and derivatives of the General Clearing Member and held this position until 2011.
Sylvie holds a degree from the ENSIIE, a French IT engineering school.
Sylvie Bonduelle currently monitors the following projects within the Strategy and Market Infrastructure Department at SGSS: various European projects like regulations for OTC derivative transactions, CCP and Trad Repositories (EMIR), short-selling and some aspects of credit default swaps, in addition to the MIFID revision and the tax on financial transactions.
Sylvie is also a member of different working groups and chaired, in particular, the group “Disciplines de Marché” France.
