Damien Jamet is Chief of Staff and Head of Innovation, Motion & Programs and is a member of the SGSS Executive Committee.

The Innovation, Motion and Programs teams introduce a new dynamic in innovation and digital transformation within SGSS, with the continual objectives of improving user experience, supporting the transformation of the SGSS operating model and providing cohesiveness across all SGSS programs.

After working nine years with the futures brokerage firm FIMAT as Sales, Trader and Chief Economist, Damien moved to Societe Generale Group Banking Services in 1997. There, he held the position of E-commerce Officer in charge of strategy and project implementation until 2002. Between 2002-2008, he held various positions within the International Retail Banking business, including E-payment Programme Manager. He then joined SGSS, in 2008, as Head of Transversal Projects and Chief Process Officer. Over the next ten years, Damien was subsequently named Chief of Staff in 2012, Chief Digital Officer in 2016 and Head of Innovation, Motion & Programs in October 2017.

 

Damien is a graduate of the University Paris IX Dauphine and holds degrees in Financial Markets, Future Markets and Business Management.
