Over the past year, SGSS set about preparing a new organization with one very clear objective: our commitment to close client relations. This foundation is the basis from which our strategy is being designed to prepare for the future.
Close client relations means understanding the latest market trends and pinpointing how they will impact your daily business. To face challenges such as Solvency 2, EMIR and AIFMD, to name a few, you will need support in implementing the necessary processes to ensure that you remain both competitive yet compliant with these new regulations.

In keeping with this, we are proactively working on enhancing our service and product offering that will provide you with added-value services and enable you to maintain your competitive edge.
Securities services providers have also had to face these major industry challenges. As such, the trend towards consolidation and globalisation can be seen as a two sided coin. On the one side, although the number of players in the industry is being reduced, the number of assets under custody/administration is increasing. On the other, the globalisation process is presenting management issues that are no longer addressed at the domestic level but on regional levels. This globalisation process is not yet finished.
